What does it actually take for YOU to decide to take personal accountability for the things going on in and around your life? Does it take a hard push or a swift kick in the rear? If we truly love Jesus and are His followers, all we truly need is one Word from Him and we will obey. His plan for our life is to be conformed to His likeness which is to be outstanding!

No one likes to be defeated. It’s probably safe to say that we all want to be chosen, hand selected to be on the winning side in life. There is a sure way to victory and it is simply a matter of saying “YES” to Jesus who is calling us into His Kingdom of eternal life!

Meditate for a moment on how you feel after you have been on a real vacation or have done something you really love to do. You come back completely refreshed knowing you have truly relaxed and rested. Wouldn’t it be great to know that kind of rest on a more continual daily basis? It is possible to experience that kind of rest…

Remember how special you felt as a child when your Mom bought you some brand new clothes? They made you feel so pretty or handsome. Our heavenly Father is no different when it comes to clothing His own children. The big difference is that how He covers us far exceeds anything we will ever know or experience in this natural life.

Sometimes we become too familiar or complacent about the things we have always known or think we know. We take things for granted. Sometimes it is good to look at something afresh and with new eyes. Take another look and see who the “Good Shepherd” really is and all that He does for His beloved sheep!

In the days of Moses, God led His people by His glory cloud. God is the same today, yesterday and forever. If He led His people in Old Testament times then He will lead His people today because He is faithful to His Word. The only way you will see His glory cloud is by faith and by His Spirit.

What would YOU be willing to give to have true peace ruling in your heart and life at all times? Do you even believe it is possible to have true peace in this crazy mixed up world that abounds in sin, greed, violence, natural disasters, health crisis, unemployment, wars, recession and so on and so on… Think again because True Peace is available if you believe and pursue it.

If you could break life down to one simple common denominator what would it be? What would be that one thing that would produce inner peace, an abiding joy and sense of well being and security, and a prosperity that covers every area of your life? All man is looking for that one thing. It can be found and had if you know where to look.

As a soldier, what is required to win in war? What is the cost for total victory? Are you willing to sacrifice your life and pay the ultimate price? Will you pledge your sacred honor to defend your country? Who is your Commander in Chief? If it is the King of Kings and the Lord Jesus Christ, then you are on the winning side!

If there was one decision you could make that would absolutely and positively alter the course of your life forever, would you make it? Imagine not only how it would influence your life in such an outstanding way but how it would also effect those around you. What on earth could this be?
