I want My people to get out of their heads and into My Spirit. In My presence is everything you need. Learn to operate in My wisdom and glory realm and you will flow in the natural things. Get beyond your own five natural senses and learn to operate in the spirit in the unseen realm. This is My Kingdom and it is greater than and rules the natural world.

Exercise is a necessary part of life we must include if we expect to stay well and healthy. To some, it’s a nuisance or something to dread doing. We were designed by our Creator for motion, not just physically but spiritually and emotionally as well. The statement, “Use it or lose it,” is so true. In order for something to work, you have to work it. So what do you need to get in motion?

We all know what’s it’s like when our throats are parched and we feel dehydrated. There is nothing like reaching for a cool drink of fresh water to quench our thirst. Even greater than our physical thirst is our spiritual thirst. God offers us just what we need.

Many people would like to know the answer to this question. What is the secret to living a life of wholeness and wellness? Of course, there are many different factors to consider for the solution. However, wouldn’t it be nice if you could just boil it down to one or two key things to follow? Read on and find out what they are.

Honor is such a big deal to God because it encompasses so much. What God wants people to understand is that honor is a seed you sow that reaps honor in return. It not only blesses the one to whom honor is given but it comes back to bless the giver. There is a purpose for everything the Lord God commands us to do and it is ultimately for His glory but also for our own benefit. The greatest thing we will ever sow is God’s Word because it is the fullness of who He is and what He has freely given us to experience and give away!

In any and every successful relationship, trust is a foundational building block. Without it those involved will be standing on shaky ground and the relationship will eventually crumble and fail. Most people first learn about trust from their parents. The only absolute and ultimate source of perfect trust comes from the heavenly Father and Creator. He is the beginning and the end. Why don’t you just choose to learn from and imitate the Master and you will have good success.

If you asked 10 people what their definition of wellness is you would probably get ten different answers. Even though it means different things to different people, the answers would probably overlap. What do you think God has to say about wellness in your spirit, soul and body? Read on.
