God finally got my attention on this one! By the third time I heard Jesus’ command to “FEED MY SHEEP” -  I knew He was definitely talking to me! I had heard these words  many times over the years, but there were three times in particular that stood out. It just occured to me that he had to ask Peter three times also! Yikes!

The first time that made an impression on me was when I was a fairly new believer. It was the night before I was going to be baptized by immersion. I remember that I couldn’t sleep that night. I was up for hours pacing my bedroom floor and praying up a storm in the Holy Spirit. It felt like I was preaching!  That was odd.  One of the things that popped out  of my mouth was the command, “FEED MY SHEEP”!

I wondered – what is He talking about? I’m not a preacher. Only preachers feed His sheep. Shows you how much I knew back then.

Fast forward up to the present. I have done some growing since then. I have just started Dr. Randy Peck’s and Dr. Jerry Graham’s Web 2.0 Course. It’s Week One and one of the key scriptures is from John 21:17. You guessed it:  “FEED MY SHEEP”! It struck my spirit deeply.  God is really getting my attention now for the second time. By now I’m knowing that this Web 2.0 Course is a breakthrough I have been expecting  for a very long time. Just before I decided to take the course the Holy Spirit told me, “ THIS IS IT”!

Also during Week One I had a vision while I was worshipping at home. It happened the day after Dr. Peck had an inspiration from the Holy Spirit for my blog header. It was a beautiful image of a waterfall cascading over a  monumental cliff.

In my vision I wholeheartedly leaped off the very same  cliff feet first and hit the water at the bottom of the waterfall.  Like a torpedo I plunged deep beneath the surface with great force.  With the same force and speed I came shooting up like a fountain. As soon as I broke through the water’s surface I heard the command for the third time, “FEED MY SHEEP”!

THIS TIME THERE WAS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. I HAD RECEIVED MY MARCHING ORDERS! I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN APPOINTED, ANOINTED  AND SENT TO FULFILL MY CALLING OF: GIVING LOVE A VOICE.

Using the tools of Web 2.0 is a major way I am going to answer my calling. I am very excited about God’s master plan for my life. I look forward to encouraging and inspiring people worldwide TO BECOME ALL THAT GOD DESIGNED THEM TO BE. 

I’ll close with one of my favorite scriptures from Jeremiah 29:11 -“ For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you  hope and a future”.

Heavenly Father, I pray that you will draw people from all over the world to this site. Bring those who hunger to hear your voice of LOVE through the words you give me. Speak to their hearts and give them a revelation of how truly  magnificent they are because of who YOU are and how much you love them, in Jesus name. Amen.
