This prophetic word came at 4:55 this morning after I listened to a dynamic webinar last night. It was facilitated by the Holy Spirit, and hosted by Dr. Randy Peck and his son Robbie. Their guest speaker was John G. Miller who authored the book “Outstanding! 47 Ways To Make Your Organization Exceptional!”

The topic was all about how to be exceptional so we can draw the market to us rather than push it away. The principles in this book apply to corporations, nonprofits, churches, schools and government. In other words it applies to all people because we all have the opportunity to be outstanding in all our spheres of influence! One person can make a difference. Think of how this world would be transformed if each one of us embraced and practiced the mindset of personal accountability as John Miller presents in his book and demonstrates in his own life!

After recording the Word of the Lord to me for His church, I went back to sleep. I had to smile inwardly when I awoke to the alarm. There was an advertisement and I heard the words, “Help from the family…” I thought YES, EXACTLY! This is all about the family of God and a CALL TO ACTION!

The church is not just an organization but we are a living organism, a living body, the fullness of Christ in this earth who is led by one head, our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ (the anointed One and His anointing). As we stand on the Word of God we will stand out and be set apart from the world’s system. When we reflect God’s glory and exalt Him, we will be OUTSTANDING and He will draw all men unto Himself!  This is the prophetic Word From Jesus:

#WFJ: BE A REFLECTION OF ME WHEREVER YOU ARE! BE OUTSTANDING!

Mobilization! Mobilization! I am moving My people all over the globe. Now is a time for action and unity in the body of Christ. I am meeting great needs and showing the world that I am a God of purpose who cares about needs of people everywhere.

Never has there been a greater time for My people to come together to demonstrate My mighty power. This is a time of great exploits. I am the Source. I am the Provider.  I am the Lord of the Harvest and I will have a people that reflect my heart and My love for the people of the world.

I can be on the spot where the needs are critical. I can move in areas quickly and cut through red tape and obstacles that would hinder a call for help. I move supernaturally and connect people and opportunities in critical times. My compassion fails not and I cause My body the church to respond swiftly by the power of My Holy Spirit.

I make ways where there are no ways. I create openings and surprising partnerships to manifest My glory. This will be happening more and more in the future as the days grow darker as a result of sin and its consequences. There is nothing that My grace cannot or will not overcome.

People will be swept into My Kingdom when they see My goodness, love and mercy demonstrated all over the world by My people. It will be obvious and quite clear that I have mobilized My people.

The glory upon My people will be unmistakable! The tide is turning. This is a new day and a new decade for Me to show up and show out. People are desperate and need to know now more than ever that I am real and I am here for those who call on the name of Jesus. I change not. I am still in the miracle business. I still heal. I still save. I still wash away people’s sin and give people hope. I am faithful.

Now is a time of unified hearts and hands in action. When My people come together with unity of purpose that reflects My heart and My great love for My creation, there will be great transformation in the land. Things can change because people change when I touch and change hearts. I move in people’s hearts. My Spirit draws people to Myself and leads men to repentance. I am shifting things in the marketplace. I am shifting things in the way people think.

People – sometimes just one person can make a big difference when they decide to respond to a need in the marketplace. And not only that, one person can decide to be the difference and make a difference in a business, a church, a family, a school, or wherever there is a need. Personal accountability is the key my servant, John Miller, is a prime example of. He is bringing awareness to the key principle of personal accountability. I put it in his hear to write the book Outstanding! because that’s what I want the world to see. I am the God of Outstanding results. I am a God who enables and equips people to operate in a spirit of excellence by My Holy Spirit.

When people come alongside me and make the decision to be about their Father’s business is when they will see and be a part of My glory, My plans and My purposes. You can’t get any more outstanding than that!

This is how My people will fulfill My Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the good news to every creature. This is the time to do mighty exploits in My name. These are the time for the greater works I told you My people will do!

The common denominator for these greater works is people with a heart to obey Me. If you love Me you will obey Me. And I am a God of love who will have a people who demonstrate My perfect love to a hopeless world. It’s people driven and led by My love that will transform the world one business at a time, one city at a time, one school at a time, and one home at a time! You get the picture!

IT IS TIME FOR OPERATION MOBILIZATION! MY LOVE IS THE DOMINATING FORCE, POWERED AND LED BY MY HOLY SPIRIT. IT IS THE LEAD DOMINO FOR GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION!

A heart full of love for Me will take personal accountability seriously and will take action to make a difference in their own sphere of influence! It is a chain reaction that is reaching critical mass. There will be a point of nuclear fission and fusion. My glory will be seen!

I said in My Word that I would have a bride without spot or wrinkle. This is the power of unity and walking in My love and in the power of My might and My Holy Spirit. ARISE MY PEOPLE! TAKE A PERSONAL STAND FOR ME RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE! YOU BE THE DIFFERENCE THAT IS NEEDED WHERE YOU ARE. YOU BE THE SOLUTION TO SOMEONE’S PROBLEM. YOU LAY DOWN YOUR LIFE FOR ANOTHER AS I DID AND FOLLOW IN MY FOOTSTEPS AND I PROMISE YOU I WILL BACK YOU UP!

 I will empower you. I will cause you to be a brilliant light in a darkened place and you will bring glory to My name. I thank you for responding to My call. I honor you for stepping up to My plate of humanity’s great needs. Your reward is great when you follow in My footsteps. Your joy will be full and you will surely be satisfied.

I bless you and sanctify you wholly unto My service. Now go in peace and in My power. You truly please your Father’s heart with your obedience to My command of loving Me and loving your neighbor as yourself. Enter the joy of the Lord and be exceedingly glad. Rejoice for this is where you truly manifest My fullness and My glory in this earth! Hallelujah!

Prayer Power

To God our Father of all power and might. We hear you loud and clear calling us to Operation Mobilization.  We desire to love and serve  You by obeying You. When it comes to making a committment to personal accountability, give us courage and boldness to step out by faith and the power of Your Holy Spirit, no matter what the circumstances or outcome looks like. Help us to keep our eyes fixed on you as we purpose in our hearts to be one unified holy body in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior and Commander in Chief. Amen
